13 miles and DONE

Well that was fun and a bit crazy but still I would totally do it again! After we completed the 13 miles it was another 2 just out of the finish line to grab all our goodies and walk back toy our room. But by the time we were done we were starving and cold! Of course all the places to eat had huge lines so we had to wait a but when we got our food it was Delish!

Pre show RUN!

They always have a big Headliner for the 1/2 and full day so we headed over to the start which was right next to our hotel. We walked around a bit, ate some bagels and Banana's and got up nice and close to see Snoop Dog. It was a pretty good show! He went on for about 45 mins and played a ot of old school songs. We were in the 3rd and last wave to leave so the wait was quite a bit. That was really the only worst part. When you need to run 13 miles you dont really want to wait for a few hours before. Needless to say I cant wait to do this again next year, I hope!

Day 3

The next day we slept in, walked around a bit and and met up for our lunch reservation with 50 other runners that Bridget knew from her running group. That night they had the 5K. We didn't sign up for it but went down to check it out anyway. We were glad we did cause it was a HUGE party! They passed out Light up sticks for everyone before hand. Had a DJ and ton's of other entertainment. Even Meb was at the finish line giving out High Fives! We also met up with one of my running groups where they passed out Donuts! When we did make it back to our rooms we got our outfits ready for our big run the next day!

It's Britney Bi%$h!

On our way down the Strip Bridget wanted to stop by Planet Hollywood to see how much the Britney Spears tickets were and what "perks" we got being there for the run. Well, we got there they only had seats that were $400 each. A few min's later she said that something just opened up. Right in the Middle of the Middle section. These with our "Perk" were a lot less so we took em! We had about 3 hours so we continued the Strip with some shopping and then headed back to the room to change. We got there about 5 min's before the show started. It was a good show just crowded.
