Vincent Lugo Park

When I was growing up this was the park my dad used to take me to all the time. I loved it. And I knew one day I wanted to take my kids to it. We went last year for the first time and they loved it. They have been begging to go back since then. I knew it had to get mixed into the day we'd go to see the floats since it wasn't to far from there. David happened to be off the week after xmas so he went with us. Of course the one day we go it's hot. Later that when when we were home we heard on the news that San Gabriel was the warmest place to be in California that day. Of course it was!

Growing up in San Gabriel

When I was little my dad used to take me to this park In San Gabriel, about 15 mins from our house. Ever since having kids I have wanted to take them there. It's definitely a park that they dont make anymore yet is way more fun then the "cool" parks they have now. So Over xmas break I decided to take the kids to Pasadena ( those pics coming soon )to see the floats. Well this park was some what on the way there so I thought this would be the perfect time. The Kids LOVED it! We spent about an hour there running around. I was surprised on how much it has grown and still looked the same. It's been at least 20 years since Ive been there. Baylen still talks about wanting to go back there. Hopefully soon!
