Iowa state fair

I have a lot of pic's from the day we went to the fair so this might be a few day post. On Monday when the weather was in the 80's and no chance of rain we made the 3 hour drive to Des Moines to the state fair. We rented a wagon for Cambria and basically all our stuff we bought, ha ha!

Ya, this happened.

I was planning on taking Cambria on the big slide but forgot and was wearing a dress so Hannah got volunteered. I'm sure she loved it anyway.

Oh if you can only zoom in and see the look on her face! Seriously thought she LOVED it! As soon as it was over she jumped up and begged to go again! I don't know why she looks deathly afraid! Ha Ha!

Back to Iowa.

I know I know, what happened to Iowa? Well a few other things happened in the last few weeks I had to catch up on to so it kinda got the back burner. But it's back for now! Soooo, where did I leave off? On Sunday we had decided to go to the Iowa State fair but that was the one day the weather was saying 60-70% chance of rain. ALL DAY! So we decided not to at the last min. Instead we did a few things around town and decided to hit up the Minor league field. The good thing was there was a game that day but we had got there so late so it would have been pointless to pay to get in when all we wanted to do was go to the store to pick up a few things. We finally talked to guys into letting us in and at the same moment some nice guy gave his ticket to us so we could get into the store.

They had a neat Lil area with just a ton of grass for kids to play on. And up above were a ton of picnic benches.

Birthday family dinner.

Tonight we went over to David's parents house to celebrate Mine and Baylen's bday. My mom came by to. We all had chipotle and Ice cream cake. yum!

Pre-Kindergarten.

Last Thursday was Cambria's first day of Pre-Kindergarten. She is going to the same school as last year and even has her friend Aurora in her class. So far there is 8kids in her class. 7 girls and 1 boy. Poor kid. Good thing he doesnt start till October.
