Disneyland

After the doctor and donuts we hit up Disneyland. We ate some food and the food and wine festival, played forever in the wilderness explorer's area, saw a sneak peak of beauty and the beast, went over to Disneyland and did the tree house, then grabbed dinner and a spot on main street to watch the main street electrical parade.

Food and Wine time at DCA

A couple weekends ago we all went in for the food and wine and to have some fun. We tried a few things, well David tried a bunch but most of it was meat so I didn't get a lot of choices. The kids decorated some chef hat's and while they were doing that we found out there's a kids baking class right next door. We rode some rides and came back. The kids got to work together as a team and bake oatmeal raisin cookies that were healthier. Made with apple sauce instead of sugar. They loved it and got to take a cookie home with them.

Food&Wine Festival

After being on Hiatus for 5 plus years the food&wine festival is back in DCA. But only weekends in April. So basically I went every weekend. One of the times I went was after my Angels baseball run. I met up with Bridget, Christopher and my mom came in to try some food with us. I think we tried something from every booth. My Fav's were the Beet salad and the chocolate caramel tart. However the Bread bowl with cheese soup in it was good to!
